Bloplike, continued


This page will host the continuation of Bloplike, a game submitted for the 7DRL-2021 (you can go see it here).

This is a short Roguelike where you progress by building a DNA, which produces effects from events.

I have some wishes for this game:

  • item-based progression, no exponential stats upgrades, no skill points
  • no grinding
  • free-form builds, no classes, no skill trees
  • reward exploration of gene combinations
  • multiple viable but very different strategies (we are not here yet)
  • interesting even in the first levels
